Today we decided to go to Maple Valley Days! It was a lot of fun; Annika seemed to have a blast. The parade was rather cute; very small town with plenty of tractors, balloons and candy! Then we headed over to the carnival afterwards. The carnival had quite a display of antique cars, a few rides, and of course food! Matt got his obilgatory few corn dogs, while I enjoyed an ear of corn. Annika enjoyed a hard nap! 
We had a good time, and the weather was a little on the cool side. Thankfully, though, we left when it really started to heat up!

LOL! they do look like that, don't they? but I assure you, they aren't...the flowers are on the outer part. they are just strangely shaped shoes...
