In our forever dark cloud of still having the townhouse in Apple Valley, the clouds have seemed to open a little. I may be jinxing it, but this week, we have had a total of 5 (or 6?) showings. Just got another call for one today. Hoping these will actually lead to something...keep your fingers crossed! Post Superbowl action may actually be true!
Anyway, pray, hope, wish, or whatever you call it....think happy thoughts and get it sold!

Post Super Bowl, two rate cuts in as many weeks, and a lower price than 4 years ago.
