Wow! what a difference it makes! We have a lot more plans for the yard...the lower part still needs some TLC, as there are a few shrubs that we need to get rid of...and to the ledge of the retaining wall we need to make some sort of barrier--either a natural hedge or a small fence. Also, we want to plant shrubs along the sides. All of this in due time, of course. Since we can't really walk on the grass for another few weeks anyhow, I will start planning more specifics! We are also trying to decide where to put our compost bin also! This is all so exciting!! Matt stayed at home with the girls today to oversee the landscapers, and Annika just LOVED all the trucks.
