"Twooo!"
I can not believe that 2 years have flown by so fast! My Little Lady(bug) is 2 years old! We had a low-key, but fun birthday celebration! Annika had her favorite--an Elmo cake (made by Mommy!).
Annika received many presents and is thankful to everyone that thought of her on her big day! She was also very happy that her Grandma Ruth visited her all week long! It was a great time, and Annika loved being with her "Gramma"!
I think the best part of her birthday for her was her balloons! She loves them! She especially loved to take them in the hallway and release them; and watch Mommy try to get them down! It was fun, but needless to say, the hallway is going to have balloons floating there for the time being; mommy and daddy aren't retrieving them anymore!
And, of course, there are a ton of new photos of Gramma's visit and both of the girls in the albums-- Brooke 7 months, Annika 2 years and Spring 2010!

Ever thought of longer strings for the balloons?
I love the cake - you make me proud! And I especially love Annika's pig tails, she looks so much older. In the next year she's going to amaze you, you'll start having complete conversations and be able to start picking up on some new personality traits.
