After worrying profusely about my turkey roasting abilities, dinner turned out great! Matt was so excited that we had something that wasn't frozen (frozen pizza was the alternative), he had to take some pics! All in all, it was a great dinner! Annika didn't seem to appreciate anything but the mashed potatoes...but that is another thing....
