Outnumbered: Day One

Well, yesterday was a test of my parenting. With Lee back in Minnesota, Matt at work, and Grandma Ruth not arriving until Thursday night, I faced the day with just me and the girls. It actually went rather well. Annika was pretty good, and Brooke slept most of the day. Some days she is awake and fussy, and others she prefers to sleep the day away. Today she is seeming to want to be awake; which I think Annika and I can handle. We have a little field trip planned today--we plan on visiting Annika's daycare lady (as Annika misses her and I still owe her for a week) and perhaps going to my work to visit. We will see how it goes....I am having a little cabin fever, as I am sure Brooke and Annika are too. Wish me luck--I have not had the opportunity to take both of the girls out by myself! We got the double stroller ready, and hoping everything goes well!
