Yay Matt!

Matt was surprised with an award today at work! Yay! He was chosen among other nominees for this award, which was company-wide! He was given a cash prize and a chance (1 in 4) to win a trip to Hawaii next year!

I am very proud of Matt! He definitely deserves it! Here is a copy of the write up on him:

Matt does a great job of balancing MAC orders, new orders and expedites for customer's. He is tasked with an extreme amount of work and never let's on to how busy or how backed up his team is and make's sure when other manager's send him orders that need to be rushed that they get done when they need to be, even if that means he has to work the orders himself. Matt truly makes it easier to be on the customer facing side knowing that when we tell a customer that an order will be done by a certain time that it will be done.

I feel that Matt has a very difficult job with a team that has t handle both new installs and the day to day MACD work that comes in from our existing customer base and he does it every day with a smile on his face and never let's anyone see the stresses of the job. He is always willing to jump in and handle any order that needs to be handled. He also does a great job of coaching his team through difficult situations to help better them and help them grow as individuals and within our company. I believe that Matt is integral part of the success of our OMA and he makes it much easier to do our jobs on the customer care side.
