Still non-homeowners

We did not get the house we put in an offer for. It was just too good to be true; and as 3 other parties thought. But, it wasn't meant to be. So, after licking our wounds, we looked at another one last night. It was a good house and put in an offer on it. We are not too optimistic, however, as in the 12 hours it was on the market, 4 other parties walked through it. I guess if it is meant to be, it is meant to be. We will see; hopefully we aren't being as naive with this one. Wish us luck!
