To take advantage of the gorgeous weather, we FINALLY made it to the park. It was beautiful! Annika just loved it! She has always been a fan of trees, and we managed to find a nice spot right on the water (Lake Washington) under a tree. At the spot we picked, we had a nice view of the Olympic mountains, and the always breathtaking Mt. Rainier. Also, of Boeing field.
I made a little picnic lunch, and we had a very nice, relaxing time. So relaxing, in fact, Annika decided to take a little nap! We stayed for about 3 hours; just enjoying the weather and eachother. It was such a nice time!
