After an uneventful, but delayed flight, Kent and Lee made it in about an hour and a half late. Annika was so happy to see them! It has been almost 3 months! Annika insisted we went to the Falls, so we took a little journey up there. It was spectacular, as always! Then we came back home, and Annika was beyond exhausted, but did not want to sleep--so much excitement was to be had! So exciting, in fact, that she went through 2 outfits--she thought Grandma Lee would like one of her "presents", and then she decided she didn't like her bedtime outfit, so she decided to wet it when mommy was changing her diaper! She did finally go to sleep--at her usual bedtime (she would not go to sleep any earlier), but I don't think I have ever seen her so tired!
We are not sure what the plans are for tomorrow, but surely, Annika will be happy to see the Grands again!
