Doctor's appointment

Went to the Dr. today; Matt came with. Everything is good. He estimates the baby is about 5 lbs right now. And here, I am hoping for a 30 lb baby! Or, to help out, maybe 40 or 50?

At any rate, the baby is comfortably snug in there...in the right position....but, I swear she must me an octopus...always kicking/hitting everywhere! I am glad she is comfortable; at least one of us is! My blood pressure and everything is looking good (except for that outie thing going on....:))

Anyway, I am not (totally) crazy. I asked him about the itchyness, and he said that due to my gall bladder not working like it usually does, the itchyness is common. With my limited medical background, I still have to figure out what a gall bladder exactly does, but right now it isn't doing what is usually is supposed to, I guess. He said not to be alarmed; just keep the scratching at bay--grr!

Here are some more pics, with some non-post nap hair!

BamBam... you and Matt have misnamed Pebbles! She should be called Boulder!!!!!!!! hee hee... really, at the rate she is growing, you will give birth to a very healthy 8 1/2 - 9 pound baby girl. If I am not mistaken, she'll gain about 1/2 pound each week for two weeks, then a pound a week there after.... if it is any consolation, at that size, she'll probably sleep for a good 6 hours each night right away.... unless, of course, she takes after her uncle Tanner! I don't envy you... I've been there, done that!!!! From the looks of it all, she'll be ready for kindergarten next fall!!!!

Seriously, BamBam.. you look great...healthy and happy, and you make your mommy very very proud!
No matter how many babies you and Matt have, you will always be your mommy's baby girl!

Love,
your mommy :-D
