Annika's fever seems to remain down--she hasn't had any medical intervention for her fever in over 12 hours! She is around 99 to 100 degrees! We are still awaiting her test results to see where exactly her infection is originating from. Once we know that, hopefully we will be able to get the correct antibotics and we can head home! Annika misses Athena!

I am sorry to hear about the fever but happy that it is down now. I remember those days well of waiting to see if soemthing grows on the blood culture. It always seem like it is 3 steps forward then 2 steps back. Eventually you do actually get ahead on those steps. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I hope you get to take that sweet thing home soon!
